Yesterday, Ciara opened up for Jay-Z at The Pearl theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. There’s no denying that CiCi can move, but she needs to spend a lil’ more time perfecting her vocals instead of her dance routines.

  • The TV images give us a excelent performance of CiCi. And Jay-Z driven into a corner. Rihanna was debt. Why the Beyonce absence in a husband`s show? They are same case CiCi – Jay-Z? I think CiCi want to take the Bey place in the R&B industrie. And Jay can help, very much.
