Now that Rihanna is set to face Chris Brown in court, Ike Jr. is trying his best not to go under the jail! In an attempt to buy some more time, Chris’ lawyer Mark Geragos has asked the judge presiding over the assault case to push back the preliminary hearing until he obtains necessary information from the L.A. police department about an internal investigation into the leaked picture of Rihanna’s battered face to TMZ. Unfortunately, the California Supreme Court has denied his request and the show case will go on as planned on June 22nd. Womp, Womp! As for whether the media will be allowed in the courtroom, word is Rihanna hasn’t decided whether she wants to be on camera.

Chris needs to man up. You did the crime n*gga, now you gotta do the time!
