TMZ camera hogs spotted Rihanna and new boy toy Drake thiscloseupintheclub in NYC. It’s said the new pair were laughing and chatting it up at the Black Eyed Peas’ Target party for their album, The E.N.D., at NYC hotspot The Griffin. And though the couple or rather Drake was flashed looking like a deer caught in headlights, Drake left a bit early. Yet he wound up waiting outside the club’s front doors. It’s also said that both he and Rihanna drove off at the same time, in separate vehicles.
Is it a coincidence Rihanna keeps getting bounced around in celebrity hookups? Is RiRi so into celebrities that she can’t get with anyone who’s not in the spotlight? Is the label or rather pr gurus responsible for such hookups? Now that Drake is on the come up as the new “it” boy, and Rihanna’s star is somewhat dwindling…was it only a matter of time before the puppet master pulled the strings and made these two the talk of the town? Some industry snitches go as far as to claim Chris Brown wasn’t the first celebrity hookup and Drake isn’t the last…even the former President of Def Jam can cosign…but you didn’t hear that from me!
