BRANDY’S GOTTA PAY UP!

After a tragic car accident on L.A.’s 405 Freeway which left one woman dead and Brandy’s SUV a lil’ bruised, the singer has finally reached a settlement with the victim’s children. According to court documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court yesterday, the two children of Awatef Aboudihaj will each receive $300,000. DAMN! In December 2006, Brandy’s SUV hit another car on the freeway causing a four-car pileup which unfortunately left Aboudihaj dead. Since the accident Brandy has never bee charged with any crime because L.A . police ruled there was “insuffient evidence” that she committed vehicular manslaughter. Not only does the victim’s children want Brandy to pay for the death of their mother, but the victim’s parents also want a piece of her too! Aboudihaj’s parents have also filed a lawsuit against the singer, however there’s no word on how much they are asking in damages, but trust it won’t be chump change!
