SANAA LATHAN GETS ANIMATED IN “THE CLEVELAND SHOW”

In case you haven’t heard, Fox television will be bringing the buzzed about animated comedy The Cleveland Show, a spinoff from the hit series Family Guy. Starring are both black Hollywood’s beauties Sanaa Lathan and Nia Long. The actresses will join Fox’s Family Guy spin-off as the women in the title character, Cleveland Brown’s, life. Sanaa will play Cleveland’s love interest and Nia, her rebellious teenage daughter (no word yet on what will become of Cleveland’s original wife, Loretta…). As for Sanaa’s role, she’s hoping to make sexual frustration look funny.

“I’m the voice of Cleveland’s wife,” Lathan told the NYDailyNews at the Tribeca premiere of “Wonderful World.” “He’s always trying to have sex with her, but she won’t have it. It’s hilarious!” Added the beauty: “I got my inspiration from ‘The Honeymooners.’”

As a huge Family Guy fan, best believe I’ll be tuning into the The Cleveland Show…WILL YOU?!
