Lil Wayne appeared before a Manhattan Superior Court Judge today on a gun-possession charge stemming from an arrest back in 2007. His lawyer, Stacey Richman filed a motion for additional discovery in which both the arresting officer and detective will be called into court next month. Baby and Slim of Cash Money were also in the courtroom to support the rapper who’s expected back in court on May 20th.

Despite his legal troubles, Weezy manages to find time to do what he does best-make music. Here’s a new track from the pussy monster on his rock tip featuring Kevin Rudolf titled “Spit”. Real talk, Lil Wayne goes hard on this track and not to mention the beat is sick! Now, I don’t condone spitting in someone’s face, but the track is definitely iPod worthy!
