T-PAIN LOSES TEETH IN GOLF CART ACCIDENT!

According to HipHollywood, T-Pain suffered cuts and bruises to his face and lost at least four teeth. The accident caused him to miss a show in San Jose headlined by Lil Wayne later that night.
