In preparation for her new album Elope, Christina Milian switched it up a bit with a new bleach blonde look. The pint size songstress was spotted chillen on courtside seats at the Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Atlanta Hawks game at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Ga., on Sunday with her rumored new boo The Dream. Guess, this new look is one of the many changes Xtina eluded to in her PSA via her youtube channel.
