HALLE BERRY: “I GAVE THE BROTHAS A CHANCE…”


After two failing marriages to black men and being linked to others, it’s quite obvious that Halle Berry has found love and it’s not with a “brotha”. According to the actress, she doesn’t hold all black men accountable for her failed relationships, but she just happened to find love else where. She tells Essence,

“I tried Black men. I tried,” Berry joked. “I married two Black men. You know I tried. I don’t hold all Black males responsible because of the two bad eggs I got. I even dated Black men after my last divorce, but this is just where I found love.”

Real talk, Halle did try and everytime a brotha did her dirty. I’m glad she’s happy and hopefully everything works out for her and Gabriel.

    the guy she’s currently in love with just happens to be white. I’m happy if she’s happy, even if the guy were purple. then again she’s bi-racial. it sounds more absurd if she totally adamantly avoided one race, be it white or black guys.

  • Ok thats BS. If Halle really wanted a black man she would have found one. There are plenty of good, educated, wealthy brothers in the world. In my opinion Halle was never black to begin with-Im not hating or anything because she is talented and beautiful. I’ve dated white men, but I know ultimately who I want to be with!!!! I mean If Barack and Michelle didnt work out I dont think he would go running for a white woman even after a few failed attempts. Whatever makes her happy…..
