JAY-Z CALLS ON THE PUBLIC & MEDIA TO SUPPORT RIHANNA


What if what happened to Rihanna unfortunately happened to your mother or sister how would you feel? Well, Jay-Z wants the public and the media to put themselves in Rihanna’s shoes and just think about how she’s feeling at this point and time. According to Jay, he wants everyone to be more compassionate and considerate about Rihanna’s situation with Chris Brown. He says,

“It’s not a soundbite, this is a real situation. You have to have compassion for others. Just imagine it being your sister or mom and then think about how we should talk about that. I just think we should all support her. She’s going through a tough time. You have to realize she’s a young girl, as well. She’s very young”.


I totally agree with Jay. I’ve come across comments on other sites where people were writing that Rihanna deserved it. No woman deserves to be beaten by any man regardless of the situation.

  • I’m all against violence against women since i’m a woman myself, but we don’t know the whole story. Relying on media only there is no truth in that. We haven’t seen her nor heard a real statement from her. Until Chris Brown has his day in court, I really don’t think anyone has the right to automatically condemn him or her. We don’t know what happened, and her cousin has already spoke out saying her injuries weren’t as serious as the media said. So obviously don’t believe everything you hear, especially when there were no witnesses besides CB and Ri Ri.
