Don’t know if ya heard about the beatdown Jimmy and his goons gave Ne-Yo & Jay-Z’s BFF “Ty-Ty” at a Louis Vutton store in NYC. Well Jenny Jones kicked off ’09 by paying a visit to the police precinct to discuss the Christmas Eve public stomp out. But when he was questioned about the incident by MTV News he refused to comment.

“I don’t wanna talk about that…Nah, we not doing that, let’s stop that right there. Let’s not do that. We above that.”

So is it TRUE or FALSE?!
