AKON DESPERATE TO COLLABO WITH HIP-HOP’S ROYAL COUPLE

Mr. “Smack That”, Akon wants to collaborate with Beyonce Knowles in the future. Although nothing has been set in stone, he does plan to do something with the songstress after they’re able to schedule a time within their hectic schedule. He says,

“Right now, we just in talks. I don’t know what we’re gonna do. I know we’re gonna do something together”.

He explained further on the reason why the collaboration isn’t likely to occur just yet, adding

“With her schedule and my schedule – we’re both international artists – there’s no way. A lot of artists will find out wherever I’m at and fly out to me. She’s as busy as I am.”

Not only does Akon want to work with Beyonce, but he wants to work with her hubby, Jay-Z. But Akon doesn’t want both Beyonce and Jay-Z in the studio at the same time. He wants to switch it up and surprise fans. He adds,

“I haven’t worked with Jay-Z or Beyonce yet. Those are the only people I haven’t worked with. I would definitely work with them separately. Together is too common – it’s already been done, it’s almost expected”.
