Times are hard no doubt! And living beyond your means is not the smart thing to do in these trying times. Wyclef has learned the hard way…his partially built Miami-area mansion has gone into foreclosure. Court documents show that mortgage payments on the property are behind $2 million. Jean also garnered thousands of dollars in fines from Miami Beach city officials after the $900,000 renovation project floundered. Jean’s corporation is now said to owe the bank more than $2.4 million. Court records also claim the star has failed to pay the employees who worked on the building. The property is going up for sale on December 12th. WOW! Not even celebs are free from economic hardships. Maybe its time to reconsider a reunion of The Fugees. Bills gotta get paid, ASAP!
