XXL magazine surprised us with their Freshmen of Hip Hop cover but this time around…so predictable!
Get a feel for the 50 Cent feature in this “Where have all the thugs gone?” article that’ll appear in the new issue.

As for last month’s cover, is it me or is XXL deliberately overlooking underground ladies of Hip Hop. XXL magazine has made it their duty to pay tribute to upcoming acts as their cover story, but why is it XXL magazine hasn’t featured women in their “freshmen hip hop” roster. Or have they..I’m I missing something? If you ask “Where the Ladies at?!”, ask XXL, ’cause as far as I know there are many underground female rappers, sure a dime a dozen…but they’re out there!
