CELEBRITY HAIRSTYLIST, URSULA, CELEBRATES B-DAY IN NYC

Earlier this week, I got the invite to attend celebrity hairstylist Ursula’s birthday party @ the L’Oreal Institute in NYC. You might recognize her work on Rihanna, Michelle Williams, Keyshia Cole and many other celebs. The girl has vision…
The party started promptly at 7pm but late as usual I strolled in around 8:00. Shortly after, Ursula and Michelle Williams made their grand entrance and there I went and got the snapping. Although Ursula looked great, the bandage has been done and re-done over too many times, I was expecting something more fantabulous..coming from the woman who created Rihanna’s iconic image. Nonetheless, she was still fab!

Michelle seemed a bit dead but the second the DJ crank Beyonce’s “Single Ladies”, Michelle got extra hyped. While ‘Chelle and Ursula posed for the cameras, Free, former VJ of 106 & Park straight ducked the cameras…at least that’s what it looked it.

I stayed at the party no more than an hour, all the fake fur, fake fendi, and posers nearly made me nauseous, not to mention I downed a Starbucks chai and the smell of flowing alcohol just didn’t mix. I just needed to snap my pics and chuck a deuce!

As I was leaving the party, ANTM winner, Daniel Evans, sashayed her way in pass the partygoers…love the rock chic look.

Also in the building were PR Guru Rafael Blanco, model Miguel Perdomo, and Amerie’s sister, Angela.
Props to Syreta over Purple Agency for the invite and the goodie bag…the straighten iron worked wonders on my massive curls.
