It’s official! Lil’Wayne’s mystery baby mama *cough, cough* gave birth to their baby boy. Dwayne Carter III was born at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. Congrats to Weezy and his multiple BET awards.

And eventhoughMissInfo, like the rest of us, suspects the baby mama is Nivea…there’s word the mystery lady is a nail technician named Sarah from Cincinnati, Ohio. Hey Dream, what you know about that?!

  • So i got some news on Lil waynes baby mamma. Her name is Sarah and she’s half white half vietnamese. She has a daughter named essence when she was 18 I believe. I went to school with her at University of Cincinnati shes very pretty….
