Foxy Brown celebrated her bday bash at LQ in NYC last night. I don’t know what’s more tragic her raggedy ass weave or those saggin’ devices poppin outta that Herve Leger dress? I don’t get the math here…how you rock a $.99 weave with a $1,500 dress?! Sorry for all you Herve fans…this is horrid!
