Solange makes it clear on her new album Sol-AngeL & The Hadley St. Dreams that she’s her own woman. Sol is all grown up and she makes sure reminds her fans on every track, particularly the song ChampagneChronicNightcap featuring Lil Wayne. Solange sings about smoking weed and making passionate love on the track and insists that every track on her album is written from personal experience.
She tells Giant magazine,

“I am unapologetic; I don’t write about things unless they’re true. I’m a grown-ass woman and I’ve experienced grown-ass things.”

Now, I knew Sol-Angel was more of a free spirit then her boring older sister, but I ain’t know she really got down like that! See, this is another reason why I f*cks with Solange!
