If the accusations against Fifty made by his baby mama, Shaniqua Tompkins, didn’t convince you that she was crazy…then maybe this mess will. Seems like shorty spent all of her child support checks on Gucci and Prada, so she’s hittin’ Fifty up for some more cash. And when I say hard, I mean it! Shorty is suing Fifty for $50 million in damages resulting from the fire that destroyed the crib she and her son were living in. FYI: THE CRIB FIFTY COPPED WITH HIS OWN MONEY! WTF?!?According to Shaniqua, she and Fifty had an oral agreement in which she would play house while he worked on becoming the Hip-Hop superstar he is today and whatever he made would be divided equally. Well, in her eyes Fifty didn’t keep his end of the bargain.

In upcoming court proceedings, Shaniqua’s attorney Paul Catsandonis plans to argue that the relationship between Fifty and his baby mama could be viewed as a common-law marriage. Dude even plans to set a precedent case in NY for future parties who have similar legal disputes. He says, “We are moving into the modern era where people are not getting married anymore but are common law husband and wife”.

The drama continues…I swear at some point Fifty is gonna get fed up and have his goons take her ass out! This chick is really buggin’. What makes her think she’s entitled to basically all he’s got?!?
