USHER READY TO KISS & MAKE UP?!…

After firing his mother back in May ‘07, Usher now realizes that he definitely made a big mistake. According to snitches, Usher is thinking about hiring his mom again as his manager since his latest album Here I Stand failed to live up to expectations. Usher replaced his mother with big time managing mogul Benny Medina who is responsible for the careers of MiMi and JLo, but now he is blaming Medina for the reason why his album didn’t sell much. Although Here I Stand debuted at No. 1 on the U.S Billboard charts, it only sold just 433,000 copies in its first week compared to his 2004 album Confessions which sold 1.1 million. Medina reassured Usher that his latest sales were nothing to be ashamed of, considering the current climate of the record business. But when Lil’ Wayne’s album, Tha Carter III, sold more than one million copies its first week out…Usher was let’s just say TIGHT!

“Usher was livid. He threatened to fire everyone. People have been telling Usher to listen to his mother. Nobody knows how to sell him better than she does. Usher can be stubborn. But he may be ready (to re-hire his mother).” Source

Guess it’s true what they say: “MaMa knows best!” Hopefully he’ll re-hire her and fire that pet monster he’s married to.
