CIARA DITCHES SINGING FOR THE RUNWAY…

ciara.JPGIt seems like Ciara is tired of singing because she has her eyes set on the fashion world.  Ciara, who is currently the face of Rocawear, has inked a deal with Wilhelmina Models and also plans to launch her own fashion line with the department store Steve & Barry’s, following in the footsteps of Sex And The City star, Sarah Jessica Parker’s “Bitten” line.

She says,

“Modelling has always been one of my aspirations. But I was insecure about my height. I thought I was 5 foot 7 inches but I just found out that I’m 5 foot 8 inches so I’m really excited about that. I have a couple of cool things that I’m working on. The coolest thing about Steve & Barry’s is they cater to everyday people. I won’t say that my line will be like theirs, I want to stay true to who I am, but most importantly it has to be affordable.”

Glad to hear CiCi realized the singing thing wasn’t her forte, now if only Cassie’s non-singing ass could have the same revelation…
