DEF JAM RESUCITATES AMERIE’S CAREER…

After much speculation, it’s now official! Amerie has left Columbia and moved onto Def Jam. Deuces Columbia, hello Def Jam! The singer has been recording her fourth album and has gone into the studio with Pharrell Williams amongst one of the many producers she has crafted for the upcoming project. Hopefully this time around, Amerie will shoot up to major stardom. Hey, if it happened to Rihanna, then why not Amerie, right?! Too bad they couldn’t bring Amerie to Def Jam under Jay-Z’s reign…a collabo with these two would be kind a hot.

  • Amerie, is missing that “it” factor. She doesn’t have that thing that makes her stand out. She may want to be her but in this business being you doesn’t get you ish. You can tell by all of the Hollyweird people known for doing nothing and with no talent who are considered by pop-culture as “famous”. Damn shame but true!
