If you’re in the NYC area, here’s the location to Jay & Be’s wedding: 195 Hudson Street. Supposedly they’re holding a small reception for 30 people at some downtowm loft. According to PerezHilton/ The Insider,

“While some say it may be a party to celebrate JAY-Z’s new deal with Live Nation, “The Insider” has learned that preperations for a big event are being laid out right now at the Tribeca apartments on Hudson Street in New York that could very well be for his rumored wedding to BEYONCÉ KNOWLES! A box from Amy’s Orchids was just delivered and CC Rental has been delivering as well.

Busy workers are building an indoor tent with an all-white theme and the Roman numeral IV. We’re told the event will be for about 30 people. The “magic hour” — when all he workers need to be out — is 3 p.m. More details to come..!?”

This sounds too suspect. This has to be a hoax, the nuptials are really taking place elsewhere…Be & Jay are all about keeping Top Secret. Then again, maybe I’ll pass by. I’m surprised TMZ ain’t all over this one. TMZ is streaming the “wedding” live now! Check the first pictures proving Bigga’s big day…I’m still calling it POP FICTION!

That’s the tent set-up above Jay’s NYC loft, hmmm…On a side note: Diddy is in town- he stopped by Janelle Monae’s set at Blender Theater in NYC & Kanye was in Brooklyn yesterday…maybe the wedding is going down. AGHHH, what to believe?! What to believe?!

7:45pm LexAve is reporting live from 195 hudson street.
7:50pm Kelly rowland and Michelle Williams just arrived to jay-z’s loft.mayhem!!as soon as they rolled up in the black tinted SUV, the ladies popped open their umbrella while in the car. Kelly and michelle were dressed as expected…ivory.
7:55pm Gwyneth Paltrow and hubby, Chris Martin from coldplay just showed up! That’s major!7:58pm Larry Johnson rolled up.
8:00pm matthew knowles just arrived wearing a tux. No sign of Tina Knowles…yet.

Secret service is on the block heavy! There’s security up on roofs and in other buildings making sure the pap don’t sneak in to get a better shot of jay’s loft and the secret celebration. All guests arrived in full blown black tie.
8:10pm Beyonce’s pastor, pastor Rudy has arrived. Translation, the nuptials already took place. Beyonce & Jay are officially Mr. & Mrs.- they haven’t confirmed it yet…but with all the hoopla, it’s pretty clear the power couple are celebrating their wedding bliss.
8:30pm Still here on the scene. Waiting on more guests to arrive…
9:00pm Looks like I won’t be holding my breathe for the bride and groom to arrive. Surely Jay locked it down with extra security both on land and on air to ensure unauthorized wedding shots. Guess we’ll have to wait and see if People mag, US Weekly, or OK! Magazine will fill us in with those exclusive pics.
