Snitches are saying Kanye & Lex pulled a Jay/Beyonce move by tying the knot on the low. Rumours suggest that rapper/producer Kanye has fulfilled his mother’s final wishes by marrying his longterm girlfriend Alexis Phifer at a secret ceremony while in Europe. West proposed to Lex back in 2006 and if you remember in last year’s GQ interview he did say

“I’m just going to go and get married, I’m not going to make a big deal out of it.”

So the rumor just might be true…either way congrats to the couple. Kanye & Alexis appear to be a great match in Hollyhood.
While one couple is living the happy good life another is rumored be on the verge of a breakup. After years of marriage, Nas & Kelis have hit a rough patch. So rough that Kelis is currently living on the west coast with BFF/actress Dania Ramirez. In the meantime, Nas is busy in NYC publicizing is new Nigger album. Things are rumored to be so bad, there’s contemplation of a divorce. REALLY?? These are one of fav couples- I’m buying this mess for nothing!
In other couple news, MILF Nia Long is getting her groove back with a young actor, Kevin Phillips, who is 13 years her junior. Word is Kevin recently moved in to Nia’s crib. Ain’t nothing wrong dating the young’ns but letting slide into the crib ain’t a good luck. We’ll see if works out for Nia. Personally….she could do better.
