New Orleans’ NBA All-star weekend was a big success, with all the ballers and rappers out to play. Case in point, Lil’ Wayne and his new b*tch Juelz Santana. Inspired by Weezy’s locks, Juelz felt the need to rock debut his own locks too! Check out the picture below of Juelz whispering sweet nothings into Weezy’s ear.
