We can now finally put all the rumors to rest surrounding the death of Kanye West’ mother, Donda West. The L.A. coroner has announced that Dr. Donda West died of heart disease while suffering , “multiple post-operative factors” after plastic surgery. However, an autopsy failed to determine the exact role these factors played in her death following the liposuction and breast-reduction surgery. According to the coroner  in a statement,

“The final manner of death could not be determined. Multiple post-operative factors could have played a role in the death. The exact contribution of each factor could not be determined. There was no evidence of a surgical or anesthetic misadventure.” Dr. Jan Adams who performed the cosmetic surgery has gone under extreme scrutiny since West died in which her death was considered “as the result of complications from a cosmetic surgical procedure”.

Well guess the shady killer doc is scott free…ain’t that some shit!
