NE-YO SUES KELLZ…

Ne-Yo hit R. Kelly with a lawsuit last week in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming to have been fired without just cause and that he is owed some serious dollars. Ne-Yo claims Kellz fired him because he upstaged his ass during the “Double Up Tour”. According to Ne-Yo, he was supposed to be paid $785, 000 to perform as a featured artist on the tour which also features artists Keyshia Cole and J. Holiday. However, he was fired after two shows and only paid $50,000 due to R. Kelly’s belief that the crowds were feeling Ne-Yo more than they were feeling him. Kellz people claim that Ne-Yo was dropped for contractual  reasons, but Ne-Yo isn’t buying that crap. Seems like R. Kelly loves him some drama, memba when Hov dropped his ass from the “Best of Both Worlds Tour” in 2004? Seems like no one can work with Kellz or get more love than him…his tween loving ass needs to start handing out them checks, ASAP!
