 Here we go again…Snitches are buzzing about Jay-Z getting dropped from Def Jam! Word is contract-renewal negotiations between Universal Music and the rapper-turned-CEO have broken down, all because of Hov’s diva-like demands and the bosses because bosses (includid LA Reid) are sick of it.

“He wanted big, big money that was way out of sync with the realities of today’s record business,” a source says.
People have lost count of how many times he’s come out of retirement,” the source says. “Everybody knows he’s not around the office much. Everybody at Universal loves him, but they can’t justify paying him the money he wants when so many people have been laid off.” Source

Anywhoo, his contract is up at the end of month…while in Paris, Hov’s mouthpiece claims the rumors are false and the negotiations will continue. GRAND OPENING, GRAND CLOSING!

Meanwhile in another part of town, Keyshia Cole is facing some major GAY rumors. While on the R.Kelly Double-Up tour, the songstress has been spotted getting very cozy with another female, who appears to be a close friend. Supposedly, the chick is mad “butch” looking, rocking baggy clothes, wife beater and all. Could it be Queen Latifah, lol…just kidding. Snitches are claiming Keyshia could be mixing it up with some hired female bodyguard. Keyshia’s been a roll lately…with a crackhead mom & sis, a hit reality show, a messed love live…you know she’s made it big once the gay rumors start. Keyshia’s running ishh right about now!
