Rather than doing it BIG this year, the Hollyhood royal couple Jay-Z & Beyonce opted to celebrated Hov’s 38th birthday in a real low key way in Paris. Unlike like last year, where the pair partied it up with their 20 friends in St. Martin- the couple prefered a more intimate romantic celebration between the two. Word is after Jay made a surprise appearance at Kanye’s England concert, he headed to Paris and checked quietly into the Hotel Meurice on Monday. Meanwhile Beyonce, caught up with him a day later.
