Remember shorty who took a lethal blow in the flace from a bottle courtesy of Da Brat? Well, shorty is not only suing Da Brat, but she’s suing Jermaine Dupri’s club too.  The victim, Shayla Stevens has hired prominent attorneys Willie Gary and CK Hoffler and their firm, Gary, Williams, Finney, Lewis, Watson and Sperando P.L., according to AllHipHop. Her lawyers claim that she has suffered permanent injuries to her face, as well as possible neurological damage. DAMN! They also claim that the owners of the club hesistated to call the police primarily because of the negative publicity the assault would cause. Shorty was supposed to appear on an episode of Tyler Perry’s House of Payne and is going to end up missing out on upcoming games as a cheerleader for the Atlanta Falcons.
