Common and Romeo will appear on BET’s upcoming HIV/AIDS special entitled, What U Know About That? Rap-It-Up- Sex Quiz. The one hour news special is part of BET’s ongoing effort to raise awareness of the disproportionate impact of HIV/AIDS in the Black community. BET News will hit the streets of NYC, ATL, LA, and Miami to quiz young adults on safe sex practices. Common and Romeo will make guest appearances as well as ask some of the questions. Ciara, Kelly Rowland and Lyfe Jennings will also make appearances. What U Know About That? Rap-It-Up Sex Quiz airs on Monday, November 5 at 7:30 p.m., with an encore presentation on Friday, November 9 at 10:00 p.m.

T-Pain was too broke to pay his traffic tickets??? Well, according to a representative for Jive Records, “T-Pain was given a few traffic tickets several years ago for minor infractions [a speeding ticket, running a stop sign, failure to pay]. These were mistakes that Pain made as a young man that just received his driver’s license. He did not have the money nor the knowledge at the time to take care of them.” Hmm…well his ass now has the money and the knowledge to take care of those traffic violations!

Jay-Z is taking over Sirius Satellite Radio’s Hip-Hop Nation (Channel 40) for one week. Jay-Z Nation as it will be called will start Nov. 5th at 5 pm ET and will feature music from the American Gangster movie, Jay-Z songs, and his favorite tunes. Jay-Z Nation will also air a live concert playback from Jay-Z’s upcoming concert at the House of Blues in Chicago and host a Top 20 Hip-Hop Countdown. Remember, Jay’s album drops on Nov. 6, so go cop it!
