With all the lawsuits Diddy is facing and FINALLY claiming his 6th child, dude better make sure his money is right! Diddy is now being sued by a man who claims he got his ass whooped by Diddy’s bodyguards at nightclub in NYC. According to the Associated Press, James Waldon a 27 year-old club promoter has filed a $5 million lawsuit against the mogul over the alleged incident. Waldon claims that he approached Diddy’s ass around 1:30 a.m. on June 1 as he was leaving the The Box nightclub and attempted to invite him to a show by a group he was promoting, in other words he was being one of those annoying people who don’t know how to act when they see a celebrity. The suit claims that Diddy’s punk ass then gestured to his bodyguards to “forcibly remove” Waldon. Waldon claims one bodyguard punched him in his face, knocking him onto a table. Now, this story gets crazier. Waldon goes on to say that his ass was chased around the club, punched and kicked by two other bodygurds which ultimately caused injuries to his mouth and teeth. Ouch! Damn, seriously why they wanna stick Diddy for his paper??? Let me find out an ass whoopin’ costs $5 million! Diddy’s ass better smarten up because he’s definitely slippin’.
