The Kanye takeover is in full swing. The superstar rapper is now looking to a stab at designing…not clothes, but jewelery. 

The 30-year-old has teamed up with artist Takashi Murakami – who designed the artwork for the hip-hop star’s recent Graduation album – to work on the collection. West last week unveiled a prototype piece from his upcoming jewellery range, which currently has no release date, at fashion designer Givenchy’s show in New York. He said, “They’ll be more accessible, they won’t be all diamonds.”

…the rich just keep getting richer! Soon all hoods will be sportin Kanye chains! So much for uplifting ya community…
