DIDDY GETS SUED AGAIN!!!

James Sabatino, a former consultant for Bad Boy Entertainment has filed a lawsuit from the pen against Diddy claiming that he owes him more than $19 million for music by the late rapper Notorious B.I.G. Sabatino states that he flew Biggie to Miami in 1994 to perform a show and record some music. Biggie recorded about 17 minutes of vocals, and the session was also captured on VHS. According to Sabatino it was understood that both belonged to him because he paid for Biggie’s travel expenses and studio time even though a contract was never signed. According to the lawsuit, a year after Biggie was killed, Diddy agreed to buy the music and footage from Sabatino for $200,000. Diddy’s ass gave him $25,000 and promised the rest of the money in 60 days! Diddy claims that he didn’t give Sabatino the rest of the money because the Los Angeles police had named his ass a person of interest in Biggie’s death. Sabatino and Notorious B.I.G. were scheduled to meet the night of the killing, but Sabatino’s ass never showed up. Hmm….really suspicious. Anywho, Sabatino says that he felt pressured not to talk about the dispute since the feds questioned Diddy about Biggie’s death. Although Diddy told the feds that he didn’t feel Sabatino was involved, Sabatino feared that Diddy would change his story and implicate him even if it wasn’t true. Now, I don’t blame his ass for being all shook, because Diddy is a grimey dude. Look what happened to Shyne’s ass!
